RETURN POLICY
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, you can contact us via info@igyadevice.com.
Please note that certain modifications may be limited, but we strive to accommodate your requests. As the sender, you are fully responsible for the shipment. These costs are not covered by us. Additionally, handmade products cannot be returned. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any questions regarding returns via info@igyadevice.com.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom-made products (e.g., special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items on sale.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us via info@igyadevice.com.

Please note that we reserve the right to modify this return and refund policy at any time, and it is the customer’s responsibility to review the most recent version of the return and refund policy before purchasing and using our products. By purchasing and continuing to use IGYA's products, the customer agrees to this return and refund policy.
